UgLib.SkillCheck.Start(difficulties, keys?) -> success, reason
UgLib.SkillCheck.Cancel() -> boolean
UgLib.SkillCheck.IsActive() -> boolean

• Every round MUST be hit. A miss, a wrong key or a full turn without a press fails.
• Lua picks every area, key and speed, and counts a hit only when the needle could be in the area at the time of the press. A forged hit counts as a miss.
• reason is set when it ended without an answer: Busy, Timeout, Cancelled (Escape), Replaced or Closed (Cancel).
